Best decision I made to get in contact with Trust Deed Scotland. I had lost my job in July and reached out to them. The debt advisor who represented Trust Deed Scotland has been brilliant she took me through the process. Gave me all the available options I could pursue and I decided on a Debt Solution which has lifted a great weight off my shoulders. Great service if you feel at your wits end. The whole process was made so easy to understand, Shaun who was my advisor went throught all the options open to me in a professional straightforward way, allowing me to choose what was the best service for me. He was polite and very understand, I never once felt like I was being judged for having gotten myself into financial difficulties. From my initial phone call to having a solution in place took one week. Now feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Start to finish of the call i was made to feel ease .professional manner everything explained clearly . Absolutely amazing service. From the initial phone call it took only a few days to finalise the agreement. Like many I struggled with dealing with the increasing amount of phone calls and emails from the credit card companies who I owed money to. I found the thought of speaking to them overwhelming and could see no way of paying back what I owed them. This ended up with my mental health deteriorating as I couldn't see a solution. I knew I needed help. One phone call took the weight off my shoulders! I was assigned a personal advisor called Shaun. From the onset he was very affable and efficient. There was no judgment from him when I discussed my debts. We did an income and expenditure report and he discussed the options available to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining the process. This process literally took days to complete. He kept in touch every day to update me with my application. I now have an affordable amount to pay each month and the company will deal with all my credit card companies directly.  Taking the pressure from me. This has really turned my life around.
